systemctl とは、sytemd システムとサービス・マネージャーを制御するコマンドです。
systemd とは、Linuxシステムを起動し、サービスを管理するためのソフトウェア・スイートです。従来のinitシステムに代わるもので、より高速な起動や柔軟なサービス管理を可能にします。
